Canning and Dehydrating
What You'll Learn:
- Step by step instructions on how to can using a Presto Pressure Canner
- How to stop buying, throwing away, and rebuying produce for that one recipe
- Plus, ideas on how to preserve everyday foods such as onions, lemons, you name it!
Herbalism
What You'll Learn:
- What you need to get started
- Herbal remedies for everyday ailments
- How to make teas, tinctures, and extracts
- Where I go to buy herbs
- Where to find additional resources (books, videos, etc…)
- Access to recipes I use to help my family
They said I was limited because I lived in an apartment.
Yet, I kept feeling this nudge to keep going, that there was a way to do it all.
In listening to that nudge, I discovered that it is not impossible to grow and preserve food in my small space. It’s just that nobody bothered to try.
I want to create a community of likeminded people who don't want to use their situation as an excuse and to do the "impossible."

In 2019, I began gardening on a small apartment balcony and quickly realized I needed more space (and light). In trying to move the garden indoors, I struggled to find information on exactly how to start and manage an indoor garden affordably.
In fact, many said it couldn't be done. But I found a way!
During the adventure of the 2020 pandemic, I realized the importance of sourcing my own everyday items. I learned to preserve food and to make my own health and beauty products.
Whether it be gardening, preserving food, making your own products, business, or your life, I offer simple strategies and quality homemade products to help you thrive.
